If you would like to wirte a summary of "What have we learned from Over 20 Years of Farmland Amenity Valuation Research in North America" (Bergstrom and Ready, 2009), which is relevant for the final exam, prepare an one minute presentation for 29 April which includes
1) a description of your offer (e.g. how many pages),
2) a date wenn you will provide it, and
3) how much you want to have payed for it.

A vote in class we will decide which proposal will be auctioned.
